In 2006, Yehuda Kolko was accused of molesting his students at the Yeshiva Torah Temimah in Flatbush, Brooklyn. He pleaded guilty to child endangerment and was put on civil probation.

On Sunday, Kolko was arrested for violating an order of protection against one of the boys who accused Kolko when the boy’s family claimed Kolko glared at the boy as they passed each other on the street. The Brooklyn Criminal Court arrested and warned Kolko to stay away from the boy. He has been released on his own recognizance.
