Richard Davidson, 36, of Abermarle Avenue in Brooklyn was arrested and charged with second-degree attempted murder, first-degree criminal use of a firearm, and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, according to LI Herald.
On Sunday afternoon, Davidson shot a 43 year-old man six times in the leg and two times in the shoulder after getting into a verbal argument with him in Valley Stream, Long Island. The victim was airlifted and did not sustain any life-threatening injuries. Davidson, who fled the scene, was caught a few hours later and is to be arraigned Monday.
