A Brooklyn firefighter could potentially face 20 years in prison for his alleged involvement in a cocaine ring, the Gothamist reports.

Ladder 166 firefighter Anthony Cilento, 27, is charged with extortion, illegal gambling and assault with a deadly weapon. He is accused of taking drug orders over the phone, storing narcotics in his home, bagging cocaine for sale, meeting with drug suppliers and accompanying sellers on deliveries between 2002 and 2009, according to Assistant U.S. Attorney Nicole Argerentieri.

Cilento claims he left the ring when he entered the Fire Dept. Academy in 2008.
