A Brooklyn man, Frank Console, 50, has pleaded guilty to a making a series of threatening phone calls to the governor, mayor and Staten Island police, according to the Staten Island Advance.

Back in May, according to court documents, Console made his first threat by dialing 911. ”My name is Frank Mitt Scotti Scalaquiti. I want to kill the mayor and the governor, not the president. I have an AK47.” Two days later, he called 911 again and repeated a similar threatening message, “I want to kill the mayor, governor, and all the police on Staten Island.” A third and final call, came on May 16 in which Console claimed, ”There is a bomb in the 120th Precinct.” Police were able to nab him after he was caught on video making the call.

A spokesman for District Attorney Daniel Donovan said Console faces up to two years in prison at his sentencing scheduled for Nov. 4. This isn’t Console’s first run-in with the law. His records show he has served time for three different convictions in the state prison for burglary and attempted burglary.
