Assemblyman Boyland Found ‘Not Guilty’ in Bribery Trial

Democratic assemblyman William F. Boyland Jr., a representative of the 55th District was found not guilty of corruption today. Boyland, who is from one of Brooklyn’s most prominent political families, had been accused of accepting bribes in return for using his influence to benefit a health care organization.
