At around 5p.m. Tuesday, the Occupy Wall Street protesters were let back into Zuccotti Park after being evicted early Tuesday morning by the NYPD.
The footage shows the NYPD issuing the conditions for re-entering the park and the protesters walking in through the NYPD inspection.
