Summary of today’s events:
– Today was the OWS movement’s “Day of Action.”
– Although OWS protestors hoped to march to Wall Street and disrupt the New York Stock Exchange’s opening bell today, they never got close and markets opened as usual at 9.30 a.m.
– Police made at least 100 arrests.
– The demonstrations follow Tuesday’s eviction of Zuccotti Park.
