A Brooklyn resident turned herself in after hitting a man with her Nissan sedan. On Wednesday night, Alexandria Rosario, 24, hit the victim, a 47- year-old man, who sustained serious injuries and remains in critical condition at Lutheran Medical Center, the New York Daily News reports.
