The Brooklyn Heights Cinema has been open for 42 years, becoming a landmark in the neighborhood. But when its lease ends in June, the theater may be forced to close to make room for a five-story condo. We spoke to Kenn Lowy, the owner of the cinema, about the future of the iconic filmhouse.
