A 13-year-old special needs girl was pushed off a moving school bus today by a fellow student bullying her. Both teenagers are students at New York City Children’s Center, a state run facility for kids with special needs. The girl, who now suffers a shoulder fracture, claims that the same student had bullied her in the past.
