A Brooklyn grand jury voted to indict Julio Acevedo for fleeing the scene of an accident that left Nachman and Raizy Glauber dead. The Glaubers were on their way to a hospital, where Raizy planned to give birth, before Acevedo struck their vehicle, driving at more than 60 mph. The child was delivered via Caesarean section, but died at the hospital. Acevedo was arrested in Bethlehem, PA.
