The driver that allegedly caused the fatal hit-and-run that killed a newly-wed couple and their prematurely delivered child was indicted on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident. He faces up to seven years in prison for this charge.

At the same time, the grand jury is still investigating other initial charges that had been filed, namely criminally negligent homicide and reckless driving.
