Tension with the police in East Flatbush stayed high on a third night of protests, after an autopsy showed that seven bullets had struck Kimani Gray, 16. More than 200 people attended the vigil that turned violent when half of the crowd splintered off and marched to a nearby police station. The police said someone hit an officer in the face with a brick, another brick was thrown through the window of a police van, and there were 46 arrests — mostly for disorderly conduct. Two officers suffered minor injuries.
