Suspect arrested in rape case

A Brooklyn man was arrested after a teenage girl was assaulted on Schenectady Avenue last Wednesday. Shayquan Davis, 18, of 118 E 91 St. was charged with rape and robbery in the case.

Mardi Gras with a Brooklyn flair

Fat Tuesday comes to Williamsburg tonight as Brooklyn Bowl, along with L Magazine and Southern Comfort, hosts a Mardi Gras parade and performance tonight. Shooting in Coney Island on Sunday night

Adam James, 26, was shot multiple times in the torso at 32 St and Mermaid Avenue on Sunday night, according to Poilce reports. The Ink’s Lenore Cho went out to the deceased’s house in Canarsie only to find an uncleared mail box and neighbors who knew little or nothing about the victim.

Boy’s Leg Lost In N-train Incident

An accident on the N train left a 16-year old boy without a leg on Saturday night. Jose Juarez of Sunset Park was out to do graffiti north of the Kings Highway station platform when the accident occured. He’s now in stable condition at the Lutheran Hospital.
