Detectives from the 60 Pct are requesting the public assistance in identifying the female in the above photo. On October 2, 2010 at 4:30 pm the woman was found on Reigelman Boardwalk acting irrational. She was transported to Coney Island Hospital for an evaluation. The woman’s mental condition is poor.
