Home Live Wire Man Loses Home in 3-Alarm Fire

Firefighters rushed to a residential Brooklyn building in Cypress Hills early Wednesday morning after a large fire erupted, reported WPIX-TV.

FDNY Deputy Chief Michael Ajello told WPIX that 35 fire companies responded to the 3 alarms triggered, and it took an hour to get the fire under control. 10 firefighters suffered minor injuries, but all residents were safely evacuated. According to WPIX, Harvey Ross lost his home in the fire, and the fire also spread to neighboring homes.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
