Here are the latest updates on the collapse of the five-story building under construction at Brighton Beach:

At least two workers were brought out on stretchers after a five-story building under construction at Brighton Beach collapsed. One worker may have been in cardiac arrest when he was pulled out, another worker was moving his head and arms when he was rescued and lowered to safety, reported CBS.

A total of five workers were injured in the collapse. The workers were taken to Lutheran Medical Center and Coney Island Hospital, according to the New York Daily News.

The New York Times quoted the Fire Department saying that one of the workers was in critical condition and two were in serious condition. The report also said that the collapse occured shortly before 2.30 p.m. By 3.25 p.m., all trapped workers were believed to be rescued by firefighters, said CBS.
