Police received a 911 call yesterday around 2:45PM saying that 16 year old Alicia Arter was forced into a black car by two men on Atlantic Ave. Arter was last seen wearing a brown t-shirt, black jacket, and black boots. If you have any information call police or Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS.
