Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz will use his State of the Borough Address to highlight the NYPD’s issuing of tickets for minor offenses.
Markowitz plans to use a few law abiding Brooklynites who’ve been issued summons for minor offenses to bring attention to the problem. The address will be held at Brooklyn College tonight.
