Eight percent of the 583 problems at Brooklyn playgrounds listed as urgent were not addressed within the required 30 days, according to a Comptroller’s audit. The repairs included a walkway pushed up by tree roots at Jackie Robinson Park in Bed-Stuy, missing cobblestones at the Hickman Playground in Mill Basin, and a pinching hazard at Mother Cabrini Park in Red Hook.
