Teen to be Charged in Midwood Crash

Eric Hakimisefat, the 16-year-old driver of the Honda Odyssey that crashed in Midwood on Sunday, will be charged with criminally negligent homicide. According to a CBS 2 report, Hakimisefat passed a breathalyzer test. His passengers have been identified as 13-year-old Sarah Erdan, who was killed in the crash, and her 16-year-old brother Joseph.
