Brooklyn Man Charged in Stray-Bullet Shooting

Brooklyn teen Quayshawn Smith, 18, was arrested today in connection with a stray bullet that struck a 10-year-old boy while he was watching cartoons in his East New York home, reports the New York Post. Smith was charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon according to police. The boy survived the shooting.

FEMA to Reimburse CIty for Tornado Clean Up
