Wife of Norman Mailer Dies in Brooklyn Home

Norris Church Mailer died in her Brooklyn Heights home last night after struggling many years with gastrointestinal cancer. She was 61 years old. Church Mailer was the sixth wife and widow of famed writer Norman Mailer, who won two Pulitzer Prizes for his books The Armies of the Night (1968) and The Executioner’s Song (1979).
