Rats infest Brighton Beach. Again.

Thanks to construction on the Eighth Street Bridge in Brighton Beach, an overwhelming mischief of rats has been seen on 7th St and in the surrounding area. In January 2009, the health department removed a previous infestation exposed by the Daily News. Since February of this year, however, the pack is back.
