Possible Coney Island Murder Witnesses Killed

Two men who may have been witnesses to separate murders in Coney Island were shot dead outside a Manhattan night club last night, the New York Daily News reports. The victims, aged 22 and 26, both from Coney Island, were not identified by name in the report, although they were described as convicted criminals themselves.

Teen to be Charged in Midwood Crash

Eric Hakimisefat, the 16-year-old driver of the Honda Odyssey that crashed in Midwood on Sunday, will be charged with criminally negligent homicide. According to a CBS 2 report, Hakimisefat passed a breathalyzer test. His passengers have been identified as 13-year-old Sarah Erdan, who was killed in the crash, and her 16-year-old brother Joseph.
